CONDITIONS

To qualify for FREE delivery, our MINIMUM order amount is $150 (pre-tax).

Orders under $150 are subject to a $15 delivery fee

Our service includes 1 FREE delivery per month (no order size is too large for us to handle). More frequent orders will incur a $15 delivery fee (regardless of order size).

LOCAL DELIVERY VIA PENINSULA PARCEL

If you require urgent next business day local delivery, Peninsula Parcel can deliver your items. The cost is $20 for the first item/package and an additional $2 for each extra package. Multiple bags of food or litter will count as multiple items but smaller items can be combined into one package. Please note that this service is not offered for frozen/raw items.

SHIPPING (CANADA ONLY)

1) Once your order is placed we will email you to confirm whether all of your items are in stock. (DO NOT SEND PAYMENT until we confirm your total & request payment)

2) If you require shipping outside of our local delivery area we will also provide you with a shipping quote and the total cost of your order. (Our minimum order amount for free local delivery from Wiarton to Tobermory is $150)

3) Once the total for your order (items & shipping) has been confirmed with you, payment can be made by e-transfer or credit card (we will call for this information).

4) Check your spam/junk folder if you are awaiting a response from us as our emails sometimes end up there

Shipping costs for small businesses like ours in a very rural area are not cheap. Average shipping costs are $15-18 within Ontario and $20-30 to other provinces. Shipping prices are mainly dependent on your location and the size/weight of the items. Ordering an inexpensive item does not equate to inexpensive shipping. If you are not willing to pay at least $15 for shipping then do not proceed with your order. If you are ordering litter, be prepared for your shipping costs to be higher (sometimes they are more than the cost of the litter). We will discount/offer free shipping on larger orders where financially feasible to do so.
